• ALL ORDERS ARE DELIVERED IN 2 - 5 BUSINESS DAY EXPRESS WORLDWIDE.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes. Physical address is needed.
  
  
• For USA, Canada and EU, DHL Express ONLY TAKES 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS.
  
  
• We ship to the rest of the world using other express services such as EMS, but it may take longer.
  
  
• We use EMS,DHL,TNT to deliver the product to you. As DHL, EMS is a very good courier which havs good connection.
  
  
• We declare the item as a gift or samples with a small value, so you won't need to pay for the TAX or VAT at all.
  
  
• If the package gets lost we will ship another one immediately.

  • Products with quality problems, if notified within 1 year (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired.
