I use the GS500 in my workshop on all late model OBDII vehicles. The unit is fast uplinking to the PCM and just as quick checking for codes. Freeze Frame Data and Live Data are easily accessable ..I have done one upload if updated software and it is pretty brainless to do. Would recommend that you know a little bit about what your doing before to do any diagnostics on your own vehicle if you are a Do It Yourself handyman. Otherwise you could cause yourself grief and post reviews that are not a realistic evaluation. Awesome Product for the Money.
