I have never installed HIDs before and was able to get these installed in less than 1 hour for both.

The price is amazing. I've only had them for a month so I can't comment on how long it lasts, but so far so good.

These bulbs were definitely brighter than stock and brighter than the CrystalVisions, which had a bluish tinge to them. While I am more satisfied with these bulbs than the other Philips bulbs, I am still disappointed with how long they lasted. A few days ago, one of the bulbs burnt out, which means this set lasted not even 6 months (I did not install the bulbs until May). Anyways, I guess I will continue looking for a decent bulb that will last more than half a year. I may look at an HID kit, but am not sure if the Plug and Play ones are any good since I have read the stock headlight housing does not correctly reflect HID lights and that can be dangerous to other drivers.

I have to admit that VVME is an awesome Kit...! I really thought that I am going to receive one of those kits that will give me a hard time installing it...but I was very surprised that it took only 20 minutes to put together... This kit is of great quality and it blew away my friends that have similar kits from different brands. I feel like I am the king of the road... My night vision has increased in about 100% - sounds too good to be true - but you just have to try this kit out to see for yourself. VVME really made my day... I am planning to buy a few more of these kits for my friends and family - They are a great present - you really get your money's worth... It feels great after years of searching for a decent kit to finally find a kit that really works... It is the best buy I have made in the last year...

I purchased this kit for my Chevy Silverado 09 in hopes of getting a little more light out of my truck for night driving here in Alaska. The kit arrived with everything nececary to install. Took me about an hour to hook up the system with about 75% of that hour trying to find a suitable spot to mount one of the ballasts on the driver side (not much room but got it figured out). The rest of the kit was very straight forward. Flipped my headlight switch on and both came on without a flaw. After they warmed up and I let them burn in for the 10 minutes recommended I noticed how much brighter they were than my stock lights. Can't wait to drive to work tomorrow in the dark!! I would recommend this kit to anyone on a budget looking for more light output and for a little more customiation out of your vehicle...great kit, I'll be ordering a set for my high beams next.
