flickering is due to not having the right power to your ballast. I would inform everyone to buy the harness kit to enjoy the best power to your ballast. It's becuase your daytime running lights don't give off 100% voltage to your ballast.
Best Ballast, very fast response then other HID kits.

The service was great i got them on time, but the weird thing was they used peanut bags, with peanuts in it, to protect the HID kit!
