Ordered from vvme a couple times. The slim balast failed but they backed up the warranty. First time from china second time from California but warranty was backed up. Shipping to China isn't cheap unless you use usps flat rate boxes. Haven't hand any issues since and bulbs been working great since august of last year. Yeah you can buy from ebay for cheaper but trust me they don't warranty even if they say they do. Vvme is cheap but you get what you pay for and at least they back up the warranty. Not perfect but good.

as far as now, the ballasts and bulbs are still functioning very well.

Got the kit in 4300k to install in my 2005 Honda Element on the advice of a fellow Element owner. I have been interested in but skeptical of HID kits for several years, having been blinded by more than one oncoming car with an inferior kit. What sold me on the VVME setup was the bulbs which actually move in/out to align the HID bulb with the stock reflector to simulate the dual high/low beam setup of a halogen 9004 bulb. Installation was a snap, took about 2 hours but I was meticulous about running the wires and mounting everything. The connections were very easy to understand and once it was all done, fired up on the first try. The bulbs are incredibly bright and have an identical beam pattern to the stock halogens. The high beams are particularly impressive, like driving in broad daylight. I've had the kit for about four months and it's been flawless. Only reason I can't give the kit 5 stars is I would have liked the harness to be a little longer. Another 6"-8" would have made a world of difference in how I installed it. For installations in compact and mid size cars it shouldn't be a problem at all but SUV and truck owners will need to plan their installation a little more carefully.

I purchased this kit for my 2004 Honda Element and absolutely love it. The kit is well thought out, has all the items needed for a proper installation and operates wonderfully. In my opinion, this is THE BEST KIT for vehicles with a dual high and low beam on the same bulb as you get all the benefits of HID lighting for both beams. The shield included as part of the bulb assembly maintains the proper OEM-intended light output with none of the annoying glare so common to other cheaper kits out there. Installation is straight foward and can be done with relative ease. I will be installing this kit on my Honda Civic as well as all future vehicles.
